The Kremlin: The military operation in Ukraine is continuing and there is no retreat from our conditions for resolving the crisis

According to Al-Arabiya TV, the Russian presidency, known as the Kremlin, has indicated that the military operation in Ukraine is still underway and that Russia is refusing to move from our demands for a resolution to the matter.

Dmitry Peskov, a Kremlin spokesperson, accused European parliamentarians of imposing sanctions on his country that prevented it from doing basic pipeline maintenance, resulting in the suspension of the Northern Stream-1 pipeline, the key supplier of gas.

On Sunday, Peskov said on Russia 1’s Moscow-Kremlin-Putin TV show that Europe’s irresponsible refusal to maintain the equipment of the North Stream 1 gas pipeline is not the fault of Russian Gazprom, but rather the problem of European politicians who took sanctions decisions.
He stated, “Under our contract, they must maintain this equipment,” emphasising that if the temperature decreases, the situation will only worsen.

The Kremlin: The military action in Ukraine continues, and our criteria for ending the issue remain unchanged.
