Vladimir Rogov, a representative of the Zaporozhye Provincial Administration, reported that more than 15 speed boats carrying armed men were sailing from the area under Kiev authority to the Russian-controlled city of Energodar.
There are roughly 40 boats in the Dnieper River’s waters. He claimed that a significant number of militants are travelling to Energodar in at least 15 of these speed boats.
He emphasised that during the time of the Russian military action in Ukraine, there were no such activities on the water.
Authorities in Zaporozhye reported that about 15 armed Ukrainian boats were travelling in the direction of Energodar.
