Tens of thousands of Palestinians perform Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque

Despite Israeli occupation authorities’ limitations in the neighbourhood of the Old City and the Blessed Mosque, tens of thousands of Palestinians attended Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem today.
According to eyewitnesses, the occupying soldiers were stationed at the entrances of Al-Aqsa Mosque and deployed around the city’s streets and surrounding areas, imposing stringent procedures on anyone going to pray.

Earlier today, hundreds of individuals from Jerusalem, the West Bank, and across the Green Line attended the morning prayer at Al-Aqsa Mosque in response to demands throughout the week to join broadly in conducting prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque to oppose the occupation’s and settlers’ intentions.
