Hungary Prime Minister Victor Urban said that his country still intends to ratify the joining of Finland and Sweden to NATO (NATO).
Urban added that his government had already taken its decision, according to the Slovak News Agency “Tasir” about him in the wake of his meeting with the heads of the Slovakia government, Poland and the Czech Republic.
“We have already informed Sweden and Finland,” the agency quoted Urban as saying.
The Urban government submitted a bill to ratify parliament a few weeks ago, but Parliament – which is controlled by the Urban Party – has not yet placed it on the agenda.
