The Syndicate of Fine Artists, the artist Hassan Al -Sharq, who left yesterday from Dunya at the age of 73, stated in a statement: “The Syndicate of Plastic Artists, Hassan Al -Sharq, mourns the international innate artist who belongs to Minya in Upper Egypt and we ask God for mercy and acceptance and to shroud him with his mercy and to inspire the family His loved ones and friends, patience and solace, he left at the age of 73, and his works met with international acceptance and success.
The late began his career with plastic art at a young age while he was in the elementary stage and his father was working in the village and he hoped that the profession would inherit him, but his love for art prompted him to another path until he was drawing on meat paper.
The opportunity came by chance, when Minya Governorate visited the German Orientalist Orzola Shauring, in 1985 and watched his work, and dazzled it and organized an exhibition in Cairo, he met with great success, and from here his journey to the world began with a group of exhibitions, he was the first in Germany in the city of Stuttgart and then in Munich In 1991, he was held an exhibition in France, in the Louvre Museum and then in Switzerland, and in 1994 at the famous Burg Burj Palace in Germany, then the German City of Newbick City was awarded for his artwork.
Exhibitions were organized abroad, so people knew him in Egypt and abroad, and the Germans released a book on his experience entitled (Hassan Al Sharq and the Egyptian countryside) in German, Arabic and English, his childhood is the secret of his paintings, as childhood memories inspired him the conversations of his grandmother and the popular games, which are famous for Upper Egypt, towards Sega and us.
