Thailand reveals the plan to transform into the carbon neutrality by 2050

The Thai government revealed a new plan to enhance energy efficiency by 2050 to help implement what is called “carbonism”.
The Bloomberg News Agency reported that the Ministry of Alternative Energy Development said in a statement today, Tuesday, that the plan project proposes 36% reduction in energy density by 2037, compared to the previous goal, which is 30%, adding that the goal is to reduce energy density by 40% during the year 2050.

According to the new goals, the volume of energy provided will reach 35 thousand and 497 killets of equal oil during the year 2037, and 64 thousand and 340 kilometers during the year 2050.
The statement pointed out that in order to achieve these goals, new rules and activities must be approved to improve the demand for factories and buildings, and to enhance energy -saving home appliances, improve the transportation sector and enhance smart agriculture..
