Borno governor, Professor Babagana Umara Zoleum, wrote a letter of condolences to the United Nations after the killing of a humanitarian worker by a soldier in Dambo.

He added: “I want to assure our partners and the general public that this is an isolated incident and that the army is investigating what happened.
