“We are investigating, even as we are talking now, in a number of attempts inside the United States to arm, with hand -made explosive packages,” Ray told Senate members.

He continued, “They are exceptionally advanced tools capable of carrying weapons and we should be able to address them. ”
Ray was talking during a session of the Senate Internal Security Committee on internal threats. There were no details about the cases related to marches.
