Polish President André Doda said that the participation of specialists from Ukraine in an investigation into the missile strike on Polish lands is governed by international legal assistance rules.
“If the guests from Ukraine want to take a look at the ongoing investigation, it will be possible to present it to them, as it was presented to the day,” Doda said today, Thursday, after visiting the affected site in the village of Portfoshov.
He added: “But when it comes to actual participation in the investigation, and seeing documents and information, it will really take certain contractual rules, in relation to international law and international agreements. ”
Ukrainian President Foludmir Zellinski said that experts from his country will be allowed to participate in the investigation, noting that the approval had arrived from Poland.
Doda did not comment explicitly, whether Poland gave the green light for that, or not..
