The sun has not lost the Arab teams for the FIFA World Cup championships since 1978, and at least one Arab team has participated in each of the finals since then.
The Qatar World Cup, whose competitions start on Sunday, are witnessing the participation of four Arab teams, the owner of the land, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia and Morocco, which is the same number of Arab teams that participated in the previous version in Russia 2018 four years ago.

In general, eight Arab teams have participated in the World Cup since the establishment of the competition in the year 1930, and the teams of Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Tunisia are the most participating Arab teams (5 times), and the teams of Saudi Arabia, Morocco and Algeria are the most achieved for the achievement in the World Cup, where it qualified. The Algerian national team qualified for the round of 16 in the 2014 World Cup in Brazil, before it came out by the German team, which crowned the title.
The Saudi team also came out of the 16th round of the 1994 World Cup.
As for the Moroccan national team, it came out of the round of 16 in the 1986 World Cup, after losing to West Germany with a clean goal in the 89th minute.

The first Arab appearance in the World Cup finals dates back to the 1934 edition, with only Egyptian participation, before the Arabs were absent from appearing in the global football forum, until the 1970 edition, where the Moroccan national team appeared in the picture to be the only Arab actor.

No Arab team was present in the World Cup tournaments held in the years 1930, 1938, 1950, 1954, 1958, 1962, 1966, and 1974.
