Manchester United loaned the Tunisian national team player to a second-tier club

Hannibal Al-Majbri, 19, who will represent the Carthage Eagles at the forthcoming FIFA World Cup in Qatar, played his first match for United in May 2021 against Wolverhampton before appearing in two more games against Liverpool and Crystal Palace the previous year.
Al-Majbri also travelled with the Manchester United team this summer on their tour of Thailand and Australia.

According to Agence France-Presse, Al-Majbri commented on his decision to come to Birmingham, saying, “I’ve heard excellent things from my colleagues who have played here before, therefore I’m ready to defend the colours of this club.”

The Tunisian national team player was on loan from Manchester United to a lower-level squad.
