Egypt has approved new facilities to enter the Algerians into its territory, according to what the Egyptian Ambassador to Algeria stated Mukhtar and Raida.
And Wida said, according to the Algerian newspaper “Al -Shorouk Online”, that the meeting with the Minister of Tourism and Traditional Industries Yassin Hammadi witnessed the discussion of the prospects and ways of developing and encouraging Algerian tourism to Egypt.
Ambassador Wida said that this meeting, which was on the sidelines of Minister Hammadi to the CEO of the Small, Small and Micro Enterprise Development Authority, Nivin Jameh, witnessed a review of the various Egyptian facilities granted to Algerian tourists.
The ambassador stated from these facilities, “The possibility of Algerian tourists who have a Schengen visa, or a visa for the United States of America or Britain and Australia, obtain an entry visa from Egyptian ports upon their arrival.
The Algerian tourists heading to the South Sinai governorate will also obtain the entry visa upon their arrival at the provincial outlets according to the regulations established. This is to facilitate them and encourage the increase in the Algerian tourist flow movement of Egypt.
Ambassador Wida, the return of direct flights between Egypt and Algeria, announced to its normal rates before the Korona pandemic, where a flight is currently being held at least daily between Cairo and Algeria, which will contribute to increasing the volume of tourist flows.
For his part, the Minister of Tourism welcomed the Egyptian facilities granted to Algerian tourists, noting that his interests are in the process of studying and implementing a proposal to facilitate the visit of Egyptian tourists and foreign tourists to Algeria at the time of the desert tourism season.
