181 of 2018, and it is prohibited from being imprisoned for circulation, whether by hiding it, not offering it for sale, or refraining from selling it or in any other image.

The Council pointed out that the decision obligated the holders of the “rice” commodity for non -personal use of producers, suppliers, distributors, sellers and their likes to initiate the notification of the directorates of supply and internal trade competent at the level A decision of the Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, indicating that everyone who violates the provision of the first article of this decision shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of no less than a year, a fine of no less than one hundred thousand pounds, and not exceeding two million pounds, or the equivalent of the value of the goods subject to the crime, which is greater.

In the case of oud, he shall be punished with imprisonment for a period of no less than two years and not exceeding five years, and the value of the fine is doubled.
In all cases, the court is stirring confiscated, and the ruling is published in two broad daily newspapers at the expense of the convict.

According to the draft decision, this decision is published in the Official Gazette, and it shall be enforced from the day following the date of its publication, and work continues with its provisions for a period of three months, or until another notice, whichever is closer, and all the competent authorities must implement it..
