The Philippine government and the Moro Front are challenging against terrorism

The MORO rebel Front has re -committed to the 2014 peace agreement with the Philippine government, including continuing its support for the military campaign against terrorism in the south of the country.
Senior civilian and military officials met with the rebel group, Basilan County, where the last clash witnessed the killing of three soldiers from the army and four members of the Moro Front, with dozens of wounded from both sides.

The meeting discussed the treatment of the prevailing issues between the Moro front and the Philippine army, in order to restore the sanctity of the peace process.

In this regard, the JPST team (JPST) is scheduled to monitor security concerns.
For his part, General Domingo Gobway, commander of the Joint Task Force in Basilan, said that the Moro Liberation Front is one of the active supporters of the army in its campaign against terrorism.
