“As for the vital infrastructure, I believe that there is an increasing number of risks in this field,” said Ray.
He pointed out that one of the dangers is the activities of the hackers who use viruses for the purpose of blackmail.
He added, “One of the issues that raises our special concern during the conflict between Russia and Ukraine is the possibility of Russian intelligence, which is spying on our vital infrastructure for a long time, to use this matter for destructive purposes. ”
He added that confronting such potential attempts requires effective dealing between American agencies, as well as with private companies responsible for cybersecurity..
