Russian President Vladimir Putin signed today, Tuesday, ceremonies granting the title of “Military Military City” to Mariuspol and Melatebol. Earlier on Tuesday, the head of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Gennadi Krasnikov, proposed at a meeting of the Popida Organization Committee, to grant such titles to Mariopol and Melitopol on the basis of historical studies conducted by the Russian Academy of Sciences.
After the two cities obtained the title of “Al -Majd Military City”, the total number of cities that now won this title is now 47 cities in the Russian Federation..
