Telecom Egypt, its customers, alerted its customers, through SMS messages, to the speed of paying the phone bill before December 15, due to the failure to apply them a fine, a month after transferring the phone line to the reception feature only.
Telecom Egypt added that the value of the fine is equal to about 1. 5% of the bill value.
