A recent study: Drinking tea extends life, especially for cardiovascular diseases

A new medical study found the good impacts of tea on health, explaining the popular drink’s many advantages.
According to Sky News, the study’s findings were published in the Annals of Internal Medicine, and people who consume more than two cups of tea every day are more likely to live longer than those who do not.

According to the study, whether tea was consumed without additives or with sugar and milk, for example, had no effect on the good effects.
After reviewing data from the UK Biobank, the researchers from the National Institutes of Health discovered that 85 percent of half a million men and women aged 40 to 69 drank tea on a daily basis.

Furthermore, the researchers discovered that drinking tea was connected with a minor decrease in death risk of between 9 and 13 percent over 10 years, particularly for patients suffering from cardiovascular disorders.
