Al-Madinah News:- The US Treasury announced the imposition of new sanctions on a cross-border network, which includes individuals and companies and is working to purchase military technologies for Russian military efforts in Ukraine.
US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen’s statements to reporters on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia:
– “The penalties will target 14 individuals and 28 entities, including financial facilitators”, but they refused to provide details of their whereabouts.
– “An advertisement is scheduled to be issued later, Monday. ”
– “This is part of our greatest effort to disrupt Russia’s military efforts and deny it the equipment it needs through sanctions and export restrictions.
