The Supreme Council of Culture will organize the Committee for Literary, Linguistic and Critical Studies, the memorial evening, Dr. Muhammad Ali Salama and Dr. Al -Sayed Fadl, on Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at six in the evening.
The evening is run: Dr. Ahmed Darwish – Professor of Literary Criticism and Comparative Literature and Rhetoric – Cairo University, and participates in it: Dr.
Abdul Rahim Al -Kurdi – Professor of Modern Arab Criticism and Literature – Suez Canal University in Ismailia, and Dr. Abdel Hamid Madkour – “Secretary General of the Arabic Language Academy”, and Dr. Mohamed Younis Abdel -Al – “Professor of Arabic Literature – Ain Shams University”, Dr. Ahmed Bahi El Din – Chairman of the Egyptian General Book Authority, and Dr. Fatima Al -Saidi – “President of the Arabic Language – College of Arts – Helwan University”.
It is noteworthy that Muhammad Ali Salama graduated from Cairo University, he obtained bachelor’s degree in 1975, masters in 1980 and the doctorate in 1986, and he wrote about twenty books on literary criticism and Islamic studies, and he has several critical and varied studies in criticizing the novel and poetry in magazines and literary and critical periodicals, and it was Professor at the Faculty of Arts – formerly Helwan University, and he is now working as a full -time professor of literary criticism at the Faculty of Arts – Helwan University.
As for Mr. Fadl, he has many books and historical novels in modern Egyptian literature, a critical study, man and Satan in contemporary theatrical literature in Egypt, our critical heritage is a study in the book of mediation of Judge Al -Jarjani, criticism of the Arabic poem is an entrance to the study of the inheritance of the pioneers..
