Zelinski’s comments in his comic night speech:

Local officials said, on Sunday, that the public utilities companies in Jiuson are working to restore the vital infrastructure that the Russian forces detonated, while electricity and water was cut off from most of the city’s homes in southern Ukraine.
The Ukrainian forces arrived in the center of Jiusson, on Friday, after Russia withdrew from the only regional capital that it had controlled since its military attack began last February.
This withdrawal was the third major decline in the war, and the first to witness a large city, with a major Ukrainian counter attack with which Kyiv regained parts of the east and south.
Celebrations amid war
Despite the sound of artillery shelling over the city, the crowds of justed and wavy population with flags gathered from the assembly in the main square in Jacon.
“We are now happy, but we are all afraid of bombing from the left bank,” said young singer Yana Samirnova, referring to the Russian defender on the eastern side of the Dnibro River near the city.
Samirnova said that she and her friends had to get water from the river to shower and wash toilets, and there were only a few people lucky enough to have electric generators that pump water from wells.
Yarroslav Yanuchschic, the governor of the Jeresson region, stated that the authorities decided to keep the curfew from 5 pm until 8 in the morning, and to prevent residents from leaving the city or entering it as a security measure.
“For the enemy, all vital infrastructure targets. We are trying to secure them within a few days and (after that) open the city,”
The head of the Ukrainian Trains Authority said that the service is expected to be resumed to Celesson this week..
