Clubs in Spain Real Sociedad and German football club Leipzig confirmed today, Monday, the second loan move of Norwegian attacker Alexander Sorloth from Leipzig to Sociedad.
Sorloth spent last season on loan at Sociedad after failing to make an impression at Leipzig, where he joined in 2020 following the departure of German striker Timo Werner.
Real Sociedad was unable to pay 14 million euros (13.
9 million dollars) to sign the player permanently, although Sorloth will return to the team on loan for another season, but without a condition that permits him to be signed permanently in 2023.
