The White House said that US President Joe Biden said today, Sunday, during the Southeast Asian Countries Summit (ASEAN) that the lines of communication with China will remain open, despite their competition, to ensure that things do not turn into a conflict.
Biden Cambodia is visited with other leaders from around the world to participate in the summit, according to Reuters.
Biden is expected to meet his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping this week, on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Bali, Indonesia..
