The corridors of the Sharjah International Book Fair 2022, under the slogan “Word for the World”, witnessed the presentation of a copy of the Holy Quran written in hand, dating back to the period between the 15th and 16th centuries, and begins with gilded and decorated pages within a blue frame, (which is a manuscript of the Holy Qur’an).

The Sharjah International Book Fair, hosts in its 41th session intellectuals, writers, publishers, creators, artists, influential people and experiences from 95 countries around the world, to open to its visitors from adults and children, the opportunity to meet the International Booker Prize campaign, writers of the most famous international films, art stars, cinema, poetry and theater, and allows In front of them the way to move between countries in one place, from Italy (guest of honor of the exhibition) to the most prominent European countries through East Asian and Africa countries, up to the countries of the Arab region.

The exhibition, which is launched at the Expo Center, exceeds the field of traveling with its visitors from the space space and the ports of publishers, to the tastes of dishes of the countries of the world, their music, their artistic and theatrical performances, and even their clothes, outfits, arts and craftsman And 915 foreigners, and organizes 123 artistic shows, presented by 22 participants from 8 countries, of which 6 new programs are held for the first time, in addition to more than 30 activities for the most prominent chefs of the region and the world.

This year’s exhibition, “A Word to the World,” carries the tagline, “Be Loyal to Books and is Keen on Its Friendship,” where 1.5 million books in various languages of the world display all the knowledge, science, and arts. “The word is able to build our future and change our reality,” it says.

Participants in the exhibition activities include 150 senior writers, intellectuals, creators, Arab, and foreign artists from 15 different countries. They present 1500 different dialogue sessions, 200 cultural events, including sessions, readings, workshops, and letters about their creative experiences in various fields of knowledge and authorship.
