Al-Madinah News:- While the demonstrations in Iran enter their third month within days, the youth movement that exploded since the killing of the Kurdish young woman, Muhsa Amin, last September.
Today, Saturday, students of the northern Bhashti university called for a strike, refraining from studying and organizing a protest to condemn the arrest of hundreds of students during the last period who participated in the demonstrations and intimidating their families.

“Correct system”
As in the north as well in the south, the Lorestan neighborhood group (southwest of the country) called for widespread protests this evening.
In their statement, they criticized “this corrupt system”, stressing that “it becomes weak day after day in its suppression of young people.


It is noteworthy that since the death of Amini, 22, on September 16, three days after her arrest by the Ethics Police during a visit to Tehran with her younger brother, by claiming that she violated the strict clothing rules imposed, and the demonstrations were not subside in the country.
Her death sparked unprecedented protests in Iran three years ago, led by university and school students, as well as women and girls in various governorates.

While the security forces violently confronted the protesters, killing hundreds of them. Human Rights Activists announced that 314 demonstrators were killed in the unrest, including 47 minors.
At least 14,170 people were arrested, including 392 students, in those protests that came out in 136 cities, town and 134 universities.
