Madison injury exacerbated England’s troubles

James Madison, a midfielder for Leicester City against West Ham in the English Premier League, left his team, dealing another painful blow to England’s World Cup preparations.
Madison was selected last Thursday from a list of 26 players by coach Gareth Southgate as a reward for his outstanding play with Leicester this season, according to the British Press Agency (BA Media).

But the midfielder had to leave his team’s game against West Ham because of a lower leg injury a week from Sunday, when the World Cup in Qatar gets underway.
For personal reasons, Jordan Hinderson was unable to play for Liverpool against Southampton on Saturday. Southgate is awaiting better news regarding this pair.

Southgate without the defensive duo will be Reese James and Bin Shloel, while Dominic is waiting for the Farart Loen, who is not present in the list but can be one of the replacements, knowing his position after his knee hit last week in the match that his team lost to Leicester City.
Despite concerns about their physical fitness because they had surgeries on their thighs and shoulders, Kyle Walker and Calvin Phillips were on the team’s list for (Euro 2020).

Walker has been absent from the stadiums since last October, while midfielder Philips participated as a substitute with City this season after moving to him from Leeds.
Along with Iran, America, and Wales, the national team of England is competing in the World Cup’s second group.

The injury to Madison made England’s problems worse.
