Washington: The decision to negotiate with Russia is in the hands of Ukraine

Today, Saturday, US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken emphasised that Ukraine will decide the timing and details of any negotiations with Russia.
Blinkin and his Ukrainian counterpart, Dmitro Coliba, stressed in a meeting between them in the Cambodian capital, Bennah, the importance of renewing the agreement to export grain across the Black Sea before its inception on November 19.

The US State Department claimed in a statement that Blinken gave Collea assurances about Washington’s “fixed” commitment to aiding Ukraine in reducing the effects of “Russian attacks on vital infrastructure, including humanitarian aid.”
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs was quoted earlier today by the Russian (Sputnik) agency as saying that Moscow has not yet decided whether to extend the agreement for the export of grains from Ukraine through the Black Sea ports.

She also added that Moscow is “unavoidable to implement the memorandum concluded with the United Nations on exporting its agricultural products. ”
It is noteworthy that the UN has expressed optimism for the unhindered export of food and fertiliser from Russia to foreign markets.

The agreement ends with the agreement that allows the export of food and fertilizers from several Ukrainian ports across the Black Sea, in which the United Nations and Turkey mediated on July 22 on November 19 if Russia or Ukraine objected to its extension.
After Ukraine accused him of using a cover to target Russian ships in the Crimea, Russia temporarily suspended its participation.
