Saudi Arabia will host the Middle East and North Africa’s Climate Week in 2023, according to Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, who made the announcement today, Saturday.
During a discussion committee about the Saudi Green Initiative on the sidelines of the United Nations Climate Summit (COB 27) in Egypt, he continued, “We spoke with the Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and we will host the Climate Week in the Middle East and North Africa in 2023.”
He emphasised how Saudi Arabia is attempting to set up a regional centre to develop emissions.
In 2023, Saudi Arabia will host the Middle East and North Africa Climate Week.
