There will be a Remembrance Day ceremony from 10:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. On November 11 at the Edmonton Kingsway Legion, located at 14339 50 Street Ne.
The Last Post and the National Anthem will be performed during the ceremony on Friday. There will also be a two-minute moment of silence, followed by The Izer and The Rouse.
There will also be a number of readings, blessings, and wreath layings.
Remind attendees to dress appropriately for the weather. Legion Members Are finded to wear their uniform.
The Kingsway Legion has been hosting memorial services in Edmonton for the past couple of years in place of the bigger event at the University of Alberta Butterdome.
