He explained that due to climate change, agricultural crops on the African continent were corrupted and there had been a five-year drought.
“Cleverly” expressed his joy at being in Sharm El-Sheikh and praised Egypt for hosting the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP27).
He emphasised that the climate summit is working to ensure that the pledge made at the Glasgow summit is carried out in practice.
