According to government sources cited by Italian media, Rome is working to put together a new military aid package for Ukraine that will include air defence systems. The aid package will include Italian-French SAMP/T systems, Italian medium-range ASPIDE missiles, and “Stinger systems” Anti-aircraft portable, according to a government official in Italy.
The official pointed out that it is not yet clear how many pieces of air defense systems will be supplied, and when it will reach Ukraine.
