Eng. Ahmed Othman, head of the Ismailia Chamber, inspected the permanent exhibition for the sale of food commodities at reduced prices at Al -Montazah Club, to follow the availability of quantities of rice at reasonable prices.
The President of the Chamber met with some residents during the tour, who praised the role of the responsible authorities for providing rice as one of the essential food commodities in record time since the start of the market crisis.
This came after the provision of a ton of rice packed first degree in the permanent exhibition of the Chamber of Commerce in the Al -Montazah Club in the Sheikh Zayed neighborhood, and it is sold at a price of 15 pounds per kilo, in cooperation with the Directorate of Supply and the Investigation of Supply in the governorate.

The Chamber will make every effort to provide all strategic goods, Ahmed Othman continued, “in cooperation with the executive authorities in Ismailia Governorate.”
He also pointed out that we are preparing a major partner for the government in controlling prices and ensuring the availability of the needs of the local market from all food and industrial goods and products, and the Chamber is a basic supporter to achieve the stability of the local market.
He clarified that this fits into the plan for enacting the societal role of businesses and industries, based on the President of the Republic’s directives and the Prime Minister’s decision at the most recent governor’s council to work with the governorates’ chambers of commerce and the ministers of industry, trade, catering, and internal trade, with the support of Sharif Bishara, Governor of Ismailia, to ensure the abundance of the supply of goods and services.
