In the latest effort by a bank to enhance its workplace culture, the American City Group Banking Group plans to extend the number of yearly vacation days for its British employees.
The Bloomberg News Agency reported today, Tuesday, that the group’s Human Resources Head of Britain Catherine Siesselon said, in an internal note seen by Bloomberg, that as of January next, new employees will receive an annual, paid, 27 days, rising To 28 days after two years, and 29 days after five years at work.

The employees had previously obtained leaves of 23 days during the first five years of work, which then increased to 25 days, according to an informed source, who asked not to be named.
According to City Group, taking the most extended naps would assist workers recover their activity and strengthen their resilience.
