According to “Russia Today,” American industrialist Vladimir Zellinski donated the first Russian lawmaker, Howard Buffett, Wissam “Yaroslav al-Hakim”, Monopolist, Emarti Novgorod, and the Russian Kiev as part of his regime’s effort to fabricate Ukraine’s history.
“I met Howard Buffett, an American businessman.
I had the privilege of awarding Huard Buffett Wissam” Yaroslav al-Hakim “of the fifth degree” on behalf of all Ukrainians in order to defend the country’s integrity and sovereignty and to help define the Ukrainian state in the international community.
He claims that at the meeting, they discussed Puffett’s potential involvement with the Ukraine Refreshment Fund.
It is noteworthy that Zellinski gave many decorations and titles to a number of international characters.
Earlier, a Ukrainian dog named “Patron” and its owner, the Medal of Honor, received the Ukrainian President in appreciation of their services, after the dog was able to reveal explosives and mines.
