American newspaper: Washington sent warplanes towards Iran

News from Al-Madinah: According to the Washington Post, the United States sent jets in the direction of Iran following recent reports that Iran was preparing to attack Saudi Arabia.
When exactly the United States despatched these jets was not made clear by the newspaper.

“When intelligence reports recently warned of ballistic missile attacks and an imminent Iranian drone on targets in the Kingdom, the US Central Command launched combat aircraft stationed in the Arabian Gulf region towards Iran, as part of the general maximum alert of American and Saudi forces. ”
The newspaper claims that the sending of these aircraft is proof of the value and strength of the alliance between the United States and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Wall Street Journal claimed on Tuesday that Saudi Arabia and the US had exchanged intelligence regarding a “imminent attack” by Iran on targets inside Saudi Arabia.
Al-Khariyah, an Iranian publication, for its part, emphasised that the west intends to inflame the anti-Iran sentiment by alleging that Tehran is getting ready to attack Saudi Arabia.
