Today, Monday, Saudi Arabia revealed that the crew of an F-15S fighter jet that had crashed while on a training flight had been saved.
According to Brigadier Turki Al-Maliki, spokesman for the Ministry of Defense, at 22:52 on the sixth Sunday of November, one of the Royal Saudi Air Force’s F-15S fighter aircraft crashed due to a technical issue while conducting a routine training mission in the training area. This aircraft is connected to the King Abdulaziz Air base in the country’s eastern region, according to Sky News.
Al -Maliki announced the survival of the air crew consisting of two officers after the use of the survival chairs, and that there are no injuries or losses on the ground as a result of the crash of the plane, according to the Saudi Press Agency “SPA”.
After completing his remarks, Brigadier Al-Maliki announced that an inquiry committee had begun its work to determine the specifics of the accident’s causes.
The F-15 Saudi fighter crashed owing to a technical issue, but its crew made it out alive.
