A shocking study of diabetics .. Morning training is ineffective to manage blood sugar

Recent studies showed that physical activity throughout the afternoon or evening improved blood sugar control in persons with type 2 diabetes, while physical activity during the morning offered no benefits in lowering insulin resistance.

The timing of physical activity is a relatively unimportant area in human biology, and the mechanisms underlying the potential advantages of the timing of physical activity are still unknown. Nevertheless, it has long been believed that the timing of physical activity throughout the day may be a worker in metabolism health.
According to a recent study that was published in Diabetolgia, physical activity in the afternoon or evening is linked to better blood sugar regulation.
Dr. supervised the study.

Jeron Van der Feldi and his colleagues in the Clinical Epidemiology Department at the Medical Center at the University of Leiden in Leiden, Netherlands.
They stated, “The results suggest that the timing of physical activity throughout the day is closely related to the positive effects of physical activity on insulin sensitivity, and other studies should be evaluated to determine whether the timing of physical activity is already significant for type 2 diabetes.

The researchers used information from the Dutch obesity pandemic in this investigation (NEO).
Participants underwent a physical examination during which the blood samples were taken to measure the levels of glucose and insulin in the blood after eating, while demographic information, lifestyle and beds were obtained through the questionnaire.

They were also examined to find out the extent of their suitability for an MRI scan, and approximately 35 % of the people who are able to undergo a random procedure for a magnetic resonance imaging examination, the fat content is measured using this technique.
“There was no significant difference in insulin resistance between the morning activity and the equal distribution throughout the day,” the findings revealed.

” No positive correlation was found between the amount of time taken or the number of rest periods in stable behavior with the fat content in the liver or insulin resistance.
More research is needed to determine whether the timing of physical activity is already crucial for type 2 diabetes, they continued.
