The session “In the Light of the Book: (Essential Messages)” was opened by author Sheikha Al-Jabri, who stated: “The Emirates Union is the achievement that we have to protect with education, work, development, and development.” This quote was taken from a letter in the book written by Sheikha Jawaher bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, the ruler of Sharjah and the head of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs (fundamental messages).
The author and novelist Sultan Al-Amimi, the chairman of the Federation’s Board of Directors, attended the session, which was organised by the “Emirates Writers and Writers” to review and discuss the book The Presumption of the Ruler of Sharjah, as part of the events of the 41st session of the Sharjah International Book Fair. The session was moderated by Dr. Maryam Al-Hashemi.
On the messages of the context of the ruler of Sharjah, Sheikha Al -Jabri confirmed that the book is celebrating the values and ideals that came in a smooth way that facilitates the transition from one to another, and that it stems from what Sheikha Jawaher Al Qasimi has experience, responsibilities and great humanitarian interests, and encyclopedic mentality in human development and family life, And from His Highness Sheikh Dr.’s thoughts come visions.
Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Sharjah’s ruler and a member of the Supreme Council, urged people to focus on the human race and use all available means to advance its moral and intellectual development.
Sheikha Jawaher “Al-Jawhariya,” asking for a return to our established values and emphasising the family as the first building block in social growth, was a message he badly needed as a result of the causes and statistics of life changing and situations imposing the society.
Sheikha Jawaher advises the woman, saying: “Do not listen to those who suggest to you to live for yourself, for you are not linked with anyone,” as Sheikha Al-Jabri concentrated on the teachings that influence the woman.
The successful woman does not live for herself and does not transcend anyone, neither on a husband nor children, pointing out that these messages bear a great sense of responsibility towards those around her and towards her society. Life and the impact of them who raised the principle of “life for yourself.”
Al-Jabri emphasised that these messages make those who are getting married aware of the significance of their responsibilities and the need to view marriage as an integrated environment of shared cooperation between its members in order to advance it and uphold the integrity of their continued existence.
Regarding the inclusion of youth in Sheikha Jawaher’s messages, Sheikha Al-Jabri confirmed that Sheikha Jawaher speaks to and advises young people, urging them to achieve “great stature in our Arab society… and to reflect the cultivation of Sharjah,” which encourages youth to foster their own creativity and look toward the future.
Indicating that these messages were intended for her children with a greeting, her highness emphasised that she wanted to see young people serve as a major force for growth and development.
