Egypt, according to Ambassador Ahmed Hafez, calls on all Libyan parties, national forces, and social components to halt the escalation, prioritise dialogue, avoid violence, and exercise restraint in order to avoid bloodshed, emphasising the importance of protecting civilians and achieving calm in a way that preserves the security, stability, and capabilities of the brotherly Libyan people and serves the greater good.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ official spokesman emphasised Egypt’s readiness for the Libyan brothers to find a consensual Libyan-Libyan solution that suits their aims and vision for Libya’s future stability.
