Recently, an Arabic Publishing House, an Arabic translation of the “Mother’s Eating” novel by Argentine writer Rocke Larack, which he transferred to the Arabic language, the Egyptian translator, Mohamed El -Fouly.
The “Mother’s Eating” story takes place in 1907, when a group of doctors start putting an absurd scientific experiment into practise in a clinic in Buenos Aires.
Then, after another hundred years, a well-known plastic artist pushes his studies to the craziest extremes and uses himself as a research subject. Despite the disparity in time, the issues and foundations of the two storylines are the same.
“Mother’s eaters” is a full century novel, the focus of the idea of transcendence, and the delusions of man, once, by presenting it as a derivation of fake hope, and again, as a successful and vulgar technical commitment.
The theme of cruelty permeates the core of “The Mother’s Eating” and the pace of Ruki Laraki’s narrative rhythm; it isn’t just presented in an odd way; it also serves as a catalyst for the development of the public and individual imaginations and as one of the ludicrous love consequences.
Rocke Larack is an Argentine author and screenwriter who was born in 1975.
In addition to being nominated for the National Book Award in the United States and for the best prize translator book in 2018, his novels have been translated into English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Turkish, and Persian. The New York Times named one of his novels among the top ten Spanish-language books of 2020.
Mohamed El-Fouly is an Egyptian author and translator who has been freed for a number of translations, the most notable of which are “lighter than air” and “surrender,” “Sweet Smell of Death,” and “Ain Al-Saqr.” He also has a collection of short stories without “report on Al-Rifai” and presents a collection of the strangest stories and paradoxes in the world of football.
