The Belgian attacker won’t appear for Inter Milan again before the World Cup kicks off in Qatar, according to coach Simone Inzaji.
The Belgian striker has been injured ever since he returned to Inter Milan on loan from Chelsea.
The former Chelsea striker began three games as a starter for Inter, played 255 minutes with the team in five games in all competitions, and only managed one goal.
In the Champions League matchup last month against Czech team Victoria Plzen, Lukaku made a comeback from a thigh injury, but he did not play again for the squad.
Lukaku is not present for Inter Milan’s games leading up to the World Cup.
