According to the Donetsk area mission at the Coordination and Joint Coordination and Control Center on the war in Ukraine, Ukrainian forces launched 20 locust missiles against Donetsk city today, Saturday.
The Russian “TASS” news agency quoted the mission as saying through the Telegram platform today: “The Ukrainian forces targeted 20 locusts this evening, Kivski, in Donetsk.
On May 12, 2014, Donetsk and Logansk in eastern Ukraine independently declared their independence and regarded themselves as two popular republics after the majority of the citizens there cast ballots in favour of doing so.
Following “referendums” to join the Russian Federation, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared the annexations of Dontezk, Logansk, Kheirison, and Zaburigia on September 30. Ukraine and Western nations denounced this decision.
Donetsk is attacked with missiles by Ukrainian soldiers.
