The Belgian attacker won’t appear for Inter Milan again before the World Cup kicks off in Qatar, according to coach Simone Inzaghi.
The Belgian striker has been injured ever since he returned to Inter Milan on loan from Chelsea.
The former Chelsea striker participated in 255 minutes with the team in five games in all tournaments with Inter, and started three games as a basic and only once scored.
In the Champions League matchup last month against Czech team Victoria Plzen, Lukaku made a comeback from a thigh injury, but he did not play again for the squad.
