Thousands of people demonstrated in the city of Cologne in western Germany today, Saturday, in support of the anti -regime protests in Iran and to demand the help of Ukraine, which is ravaged by the Russian war.
The Association of the German-Blue Blue, the Ukrainian, and other organisations staged a demonstration in the city centre today afternoon with the theme “March for Freedom.”
The protesters requested increased pressure on the Iranian government to free political prisoners, expand military assistance to Ukraine, and impose stricter sanctions on Russia.
Thousands turn out in Germany in solidarity of the Iranian demonstrations and to call on Ukraine to assist.
