Lopetegui is a new coach for Wolverhampton

Today, Saturday, Wolverhampton Football Club made public the hiring of Spaniard Julien Lopetegui as the team’s new coach.
Through his official Twitter account, Wolverhampton welcomed the 56-year-old Spanish coach, who was Seville’s last head coach (2019–2022) and guided him to win the European League championship in the 2019–2020 season.

Additionally, Lopetegui oversaw the preparation of the Spanish national team, Real Madrid, and Porto.
“Julien is an outstanding coach with unique experience. We are overjoyed to have joined forces with Wolverhampton “Wolverhampton’s chairman, Jeff Shi, made a statement.
On its official website, The Wolfs announced that Lopetegui’s first season in the English Premier League will begin on November 14.

Wolverhampton participated in 13 Premier League games this season, winning just two, tying four, and losing seven.
With 10 points, the squad is now ranked 19th in the bottom half of the Premier League.
