The decision to provide flour to bakeries that make free bread and pheno at a cost of 10 pounds per tonne, as well as pasta factories, after submitting a request to the Supply Commodities Authority or the directorate of the bakery or the factory, was extended by Ali Al-Moselhi, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, provided that the applicant has a contract with the Supply Commodities Authority for its production of the ration system up until the end of the current year.
