The deputy governor of the Central Bank of China is under investigation on suspicion of committing “severe violations of the law and the law,” the Corruption Agency of the ruling Communist Party announced on Saturday.
In a brief statement posted online, the Central Committee for Disciplinary Examination made no mention of the specifics of the accusations made against Van Yivi.
