Halland tops the list of the highest value in the world, beating Mbappe

Topping French star Killian Mbappe, Paris Saint-Germain striker, who stayed inactive during the last period, was Norwegian star Erling Halland, top scorer in the globe for Manchester City. Halland also topped the list of most valued athletes in the world.

Erling Halland of Norway has been valued at 170 million euros, surpassing Killian Mbappe of Paris Saint-Germain, who is valued at 160 million euros, according to the website “Transfers Market,” which specialises in player appraisal.

Only five public football players have emerged as the most valuable since these assessments, and they are: Ronaldinho (between 2004 and 2008), Cristiano Ronaldo (2009 and 2014), Lionel Messi (from 2010 to 2013 and 2015-2016), and Neymar (from 2017 to 2021). Now that Halland has risen to the top at the end of 2022, the Norwegian will have to contend with his rivals, especially given that he did not take part in the World Cup in Qatar.

Since moving to City last summer for 60 million euros from Borussia Dortmund, Halland has astonished fans.
The 22-year-old Norwegian striker scored 22 goals and made three pivotal passes throughout 16 games with Manchester City in various competitions, contributing to the team’s total of 25 goals.
The Manchester City star Phil Voden was second with a value of 110 million euros, followed by the Brazilian star Vinicius Junior with a value of 120 million euros.

Halland surpasses Mbappe to take the #1 spot on the global value ranking.
