Before they were demobilized .. Mask staff resorted to the judiciary

According to Bloomberg, the group action was submitted on Thursday to a federal court in San Francisco.
According to the law, employers with more than 100 employees are required to give a 60-day written notice before collective demobilisation that affects 50 or more workers in one location.
Employees at Twitter had previously received an email from the company’s current CEO, Elon Musk, informing them of collective hairstyles.

If your employment is affected, you will be notified via your personal email of the next steps. If your job is not affected, you will receive a note via your Twitter account.
The company’s offices will be temporarily shuttered, and all badges will be suspended, the email continued, “to help protect the safety of” personnel and Twitter systems.
The email continued by acknowledging that for the employees, it will be “an extraordinarily terrible experience.”

Numerous Twitter employees started posting on the site from Thursday night until Friday morning claiming that they had already been blocked from their employer’s email accounts before being informed of the impending layoff.

Twitter staff from departments, including moral artificial intelligence, marketing, communication, research, public policy and other teams, also tweeting about abandoning them, in addition to the demobilization of members of the organization team that helps in raising the level of reliable information on the platform, including about the elections, according to employees’ publications.
The 7500 people were laid off to make way for Musk’s recent acquisition, which he did.

His activities on Twitter began to discredit the higher-ranking executives and CEO Parag Agrouwal of the social networking site.
Considering that Elon Musk’s decisions are being made right before the midterm elections, when many employees and officials will be dissatisfied with the accuracy and audit of information, observers worry that his actions will cause the social media behemoth to collapse.
This is not the first time that Elon Musk has faced collective lawsuits.

After Tesla announced the firing of around 10% of its working power in June of last year, a lawsuit was brought against the electric vehicle maker.
Tesla, though, prevailed in Austin over a federal judge. The employees of the corporation, nevertheless, persisted in responding to their advertisements in private arbitration.

The judiciary was used by Mask staff before they were demobilised.
