The Egyptian General Book Authority is keen to participate in the Sharjah exhibition periodically, within the framework of cultural cooperation and the exchange of suites for free between the Sharjah Fair and the Cairo International Book Fair, and in turn we contacted the director of the exhibitions of the General Authority of Book, Islam Bayoumi, to find out the details of the participation.

At the exhibition’s launch last Tuesday, Sultan Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, noted that the ruler of Sharjah had received a collection of the authority’s publications, including “History of the Qur’an,” “Cairo and its Urban Development,” and “Cairo Jamal Tales.”
“Islam Bayoumi also added that the authority participates this year at the Sharjah Exhibition with 1200 contemporary titles, as the authority’s pavilion includes a collection of publications and chains such as a series of vision, translations, the world of books, and the history of the Egyptians, in addition to all smooth publications, and others Much, where the pavilion includes all divisions of knowledge of literature, heritage, history, and other fields.
At the Sharjah Fair, the General Book Authority presents 1200 titles.
